15 ideas for you to show your partner love today

| View in browser Do These Things for Your Lover Ask yourself: why wouldn't you want to make your partner smile today?   You can do this with what we call "small things often".   Dr. John Gottman says, “Successful long-term relationships are created through small words, small gestures, and small acts.”   You don’t need grand gestures to show your partner that you appreciate them. Instead, frequent small gestures, such as words of gratitude, laughing together, and regular acts of kindness will help to make the people in your life feel valued.   Here’s a list of small things you can do for your lover today:  Leave a loving note for your partner to find Give them a genuine compliment about something you appreciate Make their favorite meal or snack Give them a surprise hug or kiss Spend a few minutes truly listening to them without distractions Send a sweet or encouraging text message during the day Do one of their chores or tasks for them Plan a small, unexpected date night or activity Tell them something you admire about them Share a funny meme or video to make them laugh Hold hands while walking or sitting together Make time for a quick, intimate conversation before bed Leave a little gift or token of appreciation for them Offer a back rub or foot massage after a long day Simply say "I love you" and remind them why they're special to you This email serves as your official reminder to do something small today. It can make a big difference.  Read More: 5 Ways to Make Small Gestures Count in Your Marriage Marriage is Not a Big Thing, It’s a Million Little Things Small Actions Make Big Impacts Explore More: Need serious help?
