Nicole Dominguez is a creative powerhouse shaping the emotional storytelling landscape from LA to Portland. At The Gottman Institute, she’s the narrative architect behind content that hits the heart—merging emotional intelligence with visually rich, generationally resonant storytelling.
With deep roots in theater, immersive media, and arts education, Nicole brings an experiential edge to every project. She’s a director, producer, and emotion-driven content strategist who turns science into story and feelings into frame-worthy moments.

Ed Sargent
Chief Education Officer
Ed Sargent is shaping the future of education, technology and digital storytelling. As a C-level executive at Gottman Inc., he has led the expansion of its online education platform into a global brand—transforming relationship science into a multi-million-dollar digital experience. But his vision extends far beyond metrics.
At Gottman Inc., the future is already unfolding. Gottman Studios is where human relationships meet cinematic storytelling, and AI amplifies—not replaces—authentic connections.
With a background in edtech and media, Ed designs creative ecosystems where technology deepens relationships and storytelling drives change.
